FED-LOGIN Access
The proper remove of a FED-LOGIN access app account should, wherever possible, always be performed on the mobile device on which the access app is installed. This will cause both the account in the access app on the mobile device and the registration of the access app in the eIAM MyAccount to be removed. If you are unable to remove the account using this method because you no longer have access to this access app or the mobile device, you can of course remove the account at any time in MyAccount. This procedure is described in more detail below.

If you have registered the FED-LOGIN access app on other mobile devices, you can of course continue to use it. This procedure merely removes the account in this access app on this device.

Removeing the FED-LOGIN access app account in MyAccount

You should remove the FED-LOGIN access app account via MyAccount only if removal via the access app is no longer possible, for example because you no longer own the mobile device, it is faulty or the app has been deleted from the device without the account being removed beforehand.

Click on the link MyAccount, select the FED-LOGIN tile and log in with your smart card. If you are in the federal network, you will be automatically logged on with Active Directory single sign-on. The quality of this login is too low. MyAccount alerts you to this and offers a function allowing you to log in with your smart card. The removal function is activated only after a login with a smart card.
