Instructions for the Switch to AGOV

From 7 September 2025, you will be able to switch from CH-LOGIN to AGOV login yourself in just a few steps.

If you want to use AGOV-Login as your login method but are unsure what needs to be done as part of the transition, please consult the instructions below.

Please note that depending on the application, different requirements may apply to the quality of identity verification. This may require video identification for your AGOV-Login. You will, of course, be informed if necessary.
