Instructions: CH-LOGIN - Changing User Profile Data

Log in to MyAccount with CH-LOGIN.

To change your user profile data, please go to User Profile. After entering the data, press Save.

Click on the image to enlarge


A green pop-up message will then confirm the successful change.

Comment
If you are using a verified 2FA option (e.g. password, mobile ID with VIPS), then this user profile data cannot be changed. You will have to go through a new, chargeable verification process for this.
