Please log in to the CH-LOGIN portal at MyAccount with CH-LOGIN.
Under 2FA management, click on "Replace" in the Vasco Digipass authenticator.
1. Re-enter your password.
2. Click on " Continue".
1. Fill in all the details here.
It is important to know and enter the e-mail address of the person approving.2. Click on " Continue".
1. Please check your data again.
2. With "Send order" the order is sent to the approver.Your request is sent to the approving person and the order is triggered. The device will be delivered by mail to the specified address (ID is required for receipt). The delivery can take up to 3 days.
